i wasnt gonna draw for it at first BUT he asked me to suggest a chara so i suggested rottel!!!

i did this in like 30-40 minutes cuz of the time limit so theres some problems (the foot placement is kind of off) but i like it anyways so here have a furry w/ a light gun(???)
