Time to interrupt my Contest journal from my front page for something else much more...stupid.

Summary:

~EnchantsRequiem on deviantart was supposedly shot in the stomach and arm on the way to a pharmacy. They say the shooter was a woman in a stolen car with Virginia license plate.

~ThirteenthZodiac and ~CardinalSword on deviantart were both at the crime scene at the time apparently, or showed up quickly after they heard gunshots. The ambulance came and she was admitted to the hospital. ~ThirteenthZodiac, instead of going with with ~EnchantsRequiem to the hospital, came home immediately and got on the internet to tell people on deviantart what had just happened.

~EnchantsRequiem slipped in and out of a coma while the suspect’s car is found and searched, but was empty for clues. ~EnchantsRequiem finally comes out of the coma for real, and gets on her DS to tell everyone she is okay.

~ThirteenthZodiac’s (now TZ from now on) first journal was updated on 6:22 PM, February 22nd:

TZ’s second journal was posted at 7 PM. It states that there was really two gunshots instead of one, and that ~EnchantsRequiem (ER) made a witty remark before being moved:

Evidence Against:

• ER must be really slow to not try to move out of the way after the second shot, or the assailant must be a real sharp-shooter to get her twice in a row from a car.
• There is no statements of whether this was a drive by or that the car was stopped when shots were fired.
• There are no statements over how many gunshots were heard or fired.
• People do not typical run towards the sound of gunshots. They usually hide until well after the shots are fired.
• Was anyone with her when she was shot? Or did her friends run to her aid after they heard the gunshots?
• Most people in their right mind would not make a witty remark after being shot twice. They would be scared, in pain, and in shock.
• What kind of friend goes home and gets on the internet instead of going to the hospital with their friend?
• People do not fall into comas because of being shot or blood loss.
• Comas usually occur from severe heard injury. Though it is stated that ER may have hit her head on the pavement after being shot, a coma from this is unlikely.
• If she did hit her head that hard, then she would have gotten a concussion or would have blacked out immediately. She clearly did not black out if she was awake, making witty remarks.
• If she did get a concussion, then very severe concussions can lead to a coma. But why didn’t the doctors say she had a concussion? Why didn’t her friends say she had a concussion before slipping into a coma? Also, if she did indeed get a concussion, then she probably wouldn’t have been able to make a witty remark before being sent to the hospital, as speech is usually slurred and impaired.
• People do not slip in and out of comas. Recovery from comas is a gradual process; you do not just come out of it, say something, and then go back out. It is however, possible to come in and out of unconsciousness.
• People do not sit straight up and shout when coming out of a coma. As previously stated, recovery from comas is a gradual process. People are not aware that they are in a coma, so saying “great nap” isn’t likely when coming out of a coma. People coming out of a coma need special care and attention, as they cannot respond normally.
•She would have been most likely intubated for the surgery to remove the bullets, this causes your throat to be extremely sore. It would have caused her a great deal of discomfort to shout.
• If she were suddenly awaking, coma or not, she would not sit straight up without being a great deal of pain. She got shot in the stomach, sitting up quickly would be extremely painful. If she were drugged up, it is possible that she would not feel pain, but she would be way too out of it to sit up right away.
• She was on her DS about an hour after coming out of the coma, typing up on DA. Most hospitals ban WIFI devices in post operation settings as it may effect the monitoring equipment that is hooked up to a patient.
• Even if they snuck a DS in, she would still be recovering from a coma. She would not be aware enough to be using a device as such, or even require the motor skills to use the device.
• Her arm would probably be in too much pain to use a DS.
• Would a DS’s Opera browser or any of the browsers even be able to run DA? DA is very image heavy. Apparently you can access DA on a DS browser, but you cannot login. If it does log you in, it takes 10 minutes or so.
• Would she even be able to connect to Wifi around the hospital? One would assume that hospital Wifi is secured, and if not, it would most likely have a low signal.
• Where did she get the DS? Did she have it with her? Did her friend bring it to her? Did her family bring it to her?
• If her friend brought it to her, then she must have lied and said that they were family, because generally, only family can visit a newly admitted patient that is in critical condition.
• One of her friends also stated that they were with her the entire time. As stated before, they must have lied and said they were family to be able to be with her.
• It is likely that there was some type of evidence in the car, whether it was vacuumed or not. According to journal time stamps, the car was found at 5:07 AM, and that at 6:13 AM there was no evidence found. This gives a little more than an hour for the car to be searched in. Searches usually take more than that, you would hope.
• TZ only added that there was no evidence found in the car when someone stated that there might be evidence in the car.
• It is stated that CS is investigating this on his own. The police would have told him to stay back, to make sure that he didn’t tamper with any evidence or crime scenes.
• An open investigation is typically not talked about like this. They would state that the suspect is still out there, but details about the investigation would be kept secure and not public as to not benefit the suspect if the suspect were to find out.
• ER states that she has the bullet fragments in her possession. These would be in the hands of police for evidence, not as a souvenir.
• When users of deviantart asked for local news reports, they were refused, stating that “we don’t want media on this”. Whether they like it or not, there would be a news report about a shooting that leaves a girl in critical condition.
• There would be news reports, asking for eye witnesses or tips to help with the case.
• There are no online news reports to be found. Sites like Google News, which are composed of news stories from local news websites, have no trace of a report following the description that was given about the shooting.
• ER, CS and TZ have not addressed any of the above arguments against them. All they have done is block people who have questioned and hid their comments.
• All three of them have also disappeared since the deletion of the ~SecretKS-Supporters club’s journal, which many of these arguments against their case took place.
• ER’s real name is supposedly “Setsuna Shouko”. This seems entirely made up. Setsuna is a name used in Anime and Video Game characters, an Shouko is the name of a Death Note character, which is an anime she likes: [link] and [link]
• The~SecretKS-Supporters club was a club for a girl who was also a victim of an attack: [link]
• The description of this girl’s health and attack is extremely similar to ER’s. It includes an attack with no reason, a coma, a coming out of the coma and quickly going on DA to check messages and a lack of a news report. This part of the ordeal happened within about 24 hours (January 30th-January 31st). More big issues came up until February 3rd, things that include anaphylactic shock from an allergic reaction to penicillin (did the doctors not read her chart?) and slipping out of consciousness. This sounds like a bad House episode
• If the alley attack incident with *SecretKarmaSerenade happened between January 30th and February 3rd, this means that this attack only happened about 3 weeks before ER’s attack. Big coincidence? Maybe. Most of the updates about this are gone now, but some of them can be read here: [link]
•TZ has made another journal that has nothing to do with the shooting at all. Ignoring this will NOT make it go away, TZ.
•TZ, CS and ER are now hiding any comments that do no support them. HIDING THE COMMENTS WILL NOT MAKE THIS GO AWAY.

What I think of this

I think this is a horrible attempt to get attention and sympathy. I think it's all a big lie. Not a single thing that is being reported makes sense, not a damn thing. It all sounds like a horrible fucking fanfic.

What should you do? Do not flame these people, do not harass them. Tell them how you feel. Or ignore them, do not give them the attention they are seeking.

This journal is not meant to harass anyone. It is simply a compilation of evidence against this ordeal that my friends, random people on the internet, and I have gathered. While some of the evidence we have posted we do not know 100% about, this is out of common sense and research.

If you disagree with me and think I'm a complete ass for not believing this without a shadow of a doubt, sure, thats fine. I just think we have another Soni-cide on our hands.
